The Meg Liz Diet!
Hi, Everybody! I’m always getting TONS of messages and emails asking me…How do I loose weight? Can you suggest a diet?? Well YES, I would LOVE to! Its super easy to lose weight, just follow my “photoshoot diet.” :) This is a quick, but healthy way to lose weight for an event, or just to jump start your body into fat-burning-mode! You can either start here cold-turkey, or ease your way into this diet. Either way you should only stay on this diet for a short period of time, like a month or so, then ease your way off the diet by added in some extra HEALTHY foods. If you need help with this part, PLEASE ask me! I can go into more detail. So here we go…
Breakfast:
3 egg whites, and 1/4 cup brocolli, (NO salt, only hot sause, mustard, or pepper)
Snack one:
Protein shake with up to 15 grams of protein (mix with only water, no milk, no soy milk), One Green Apple (must be green), Salad (anything green)
Lunch:
4-6 ounces of Chicken or Fish and green salad (anything you want in your salad, but gotta be green!!)
Snack 2: Green apple and ice cold h2o
Dinner: Same as lunch!
Snack 3: Green Apple
It doesn’t seem like much food, but there is an up-side. If you are doing enough Cardio each day, where it says “anything green” you can literally eat as many veggies as you want!!! It is a really good idea to wake up in the morning on an empty stomach and do some cardio, or as much cardio as you can handle with no food in your stomach. For me, I can only do like a mile or so, bc of my low blood sugar, BUT this is a great way to burn fat. But regardless i need you to do as much cardio throughout the day as possible. :)
Last SUPER important thing! Go to the Health food store and get CLA (conjugated linoleic acid) and MCT/coconut oil (medium-chain triglycerides). These are ALL natural fat burners. They wont make u feel shaky or weird. They are really good for you and they help you to burn fat and burn calories! Also, it is said that caffeine helps to burn fat, so when i am on this diet i take 200 ml of caffeine in the middle of the day. One more thing: 1,000 ml of Vitamine C!!
Good Luck! I know you can do it!!! Many of my friends and family have already tried it and had great successs! Its gonna be hard, but BELIEVE in yourself and your goals and you WILL NOT FAIL! Life is sweet like candy baby!! :)
